## Terms of service.

The ground rules for our website and our text message program.

Effective October 1, 2026. These terms apply to lacque.house and to the text message program run by Lacque House Inc (Lacque House), 6448 S Dixie Hwy, Ste C, South Miami, FL 33143. By using the site or joining the text program you agree to them.

## Text message program

Lacque House Inc sends text messages from a 10-digit local business phone number, not a short code, to people who opt in on our website forms at lacque.house/contact, lacque.house/apply, lacque.house/collab, and lacque.house/franchising. The program has two separate consent categories, each with its own optional, unchecked box:

- Non-marketing text messages: about your inquiry or application, appointment and interview scheduling, reminders, and service updates.

- Marketing text messages: about special offers, discounts, new Edits drops, and events. These are sent only if you separately tick the marketing consent box on our contact form.

## Message frequency and rates

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

## How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. To join again, reply START or UNSTOP, or tick the consent box on one of our forms.

## Consent is optional

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, service, or employment. Every form on our site submits with the consent boxes left unticked.

## Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

## Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in the text message program.

## Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

## Bookings

Appointments are booked through Vagaro, and its own terms apply to the booking itself. Prices and services are listed on our services page and may change.

## Website content

Photos, artwork, and text on lacque.house belong to Lacque House or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
